Shipping & Returns

Processing Orders

For orders placed Sunday through Friday before 2 p.m. we do our best to ship all packages within 48 hours of receipt of the order (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are processed pending availability. Items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations, we will contact you with a follow-up email if there are any issues with your order.

Delivery time does not include Saturdays or holidays. Please note, during promotional events delays may occur.

Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping

We provide free express shipping. Once your order ships, please allow up to 4 business days for delivery as shipping times vary. 

Alternatively you can select Local Pick-Up, and collect the shoes directly from our shop at 19 Masaryk Blvd, Tel Aviv. You will notified by email when the shoes are available for collection.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the original packaging. For full priced purchases, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to initiate an exchange. For items purchased on sale or that are specifically marked as 'Sale', you will need to initiate your return within 7 days of receipt of order.

If you decide to return your purchase please send an email to contact@olive-thomas.com to coordinate the (free) return courier. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our shop and then up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

You can also return the shoes to our shop, within 14 days of delivery.

For in-store purchases, we are happy to refund your item within 14 days of purchase as long as it is applicable with our return policy stated above. We accept items in new condition in its original packaging.

Socks cannot be returned or exchanged.
