SHIPPING

Items will be shipped within 2 business days by registered mail with a tracking number.
Shipment usually takes up to 14 business days to Europe and up to 21 business days to the USA, Africa or the Far East. Postal delays may occur from time to time.
To avoid any confusion, please make sure that your Etsy address and PayPal address match.
Express delivery (2-3 business days) is available at an additional price of 15-30 USD. Please contact me at olivethomas.shoes@gmail.com if you want to use this service.

Once Olive Thomas has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Olive Thomas is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Olive Thomas, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Olive Thomas. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

REFUNDS

We will accept returns (excluding final sale items) which are unworn and not damaged. Shoes will be accepted if returned in their original, undamaged designer shoebox. Please try shoes on a covered/protected surface, as returns of shoes with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted.
Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Colours may appear slightly different in photos and on different screens.
All merchandise sold is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel all orders that appear to be for resale purposes.
